Who we are

RX STOCK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD (ABN 22 697 001 657) runs the RxStock pharmacy-to-pharmacy marketplace. Contact: support@rxstock.com.au.

What we collect

  • Account details from sign-in (email, name).
  • Pharmacist verification: AHPRA number, licence holder name, work mobile, ID and certificate uploads.
  • Pharmacy registration: ABN, PAN, address, optional approval certificate, payment method references.
  • Marketplace and transaction records (listings, enquiries, purchase orders, invoices, delivery snapshots).

Verification files stay in private Google Drive for admin review. Users do not receive Drive links or self-service downloads.

Why we collect it

To verify pharmacists and pharmacies, run listings and enquiries, keep an audit trail, process card payments through Stripe, and contact you about orders or verification.

Who we disclose to

IT processors used today: Clerk (sign-in), Stripe (cards and payouts), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (website host), Google Drive (verification and listing originals), and email delivery for operational mail. Exact storage countries are still being inventoried (PLAN Task 237). This draft does not invent a country list.

After payment, delivery details go to the logistics provider so a parcel can be booked. Admins review verification documents.

Money and licences

Card charges are processed by Stripe. Using Stripe does not grant RxStock an Australian financial services licence. Live held-funds marketplace settlement stays blocked until a licensed structure or a never-hold charge path is recorded.

Retention, access, complaints

Business records are kept with status changes (not hard-deleted) so history can be reconstructed. To ask for access or correction, email support@rxstock.com.au. Complaints: complaints. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
