Terms and Conditions
Working summary only. This page is not solicitor-final customer wording. Live held-funds settlement does not comply via Stripe: Stripe moves money and does not grant an Australian financial services licence.
What these terms cover
These draft terms cover pharmacy-to-pharmacy listings and enquiries on RxStock. They are a working summary for verified Australian pharmacies. They are not solicitor-final.
Price and platform fee
Sellers do not set price. The platform sets the listing amount. The buyer pays that listed goods amount. RxStock takes a GST-inclusive platform fee (default 15%) from the seller side. That fee is shown at checkout as information. It is not added on top of the goods total.
Payments
Cards are charged through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe moves money. Stripe does not grant an Australian financial services licence. Unlicensed held-funds routing can be illegal under Corporations Act s 911A. Live platform hold then Transfer stays blocked until Track B never-hold charges or a recorded CAR/own AFSL.
Documents
The seller issues a Seller supply notice for the medicines. RxStock issues a Tax Invoice for the platform fee only. Customer email of those transaction PDFs stays gated until operator sign-off for recipients and send wiring (#156). Credit and adjustment notes may be issued when refunds or fee reversals require them; the product does not block those notes behind accountant-and-solicitor dual sign-off (ADR-072).
